GALBRAITH ROADWAY WORK (PENDING)

Full Project Description: Water line replacement is not in scope for this project. Roadwork design is expected to be completed in October 2023, and bidding is expected to open in November 2023. No conflict is expected with the Hamilton Avenue water line and road work project which is currently in progress, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

• Roadway work – Not started. Expected to commence in January 2024.

• Estimated Total Project Cost: $1,250,000
• OPWC Grant Amount: $1,107,585
• Estimated City cost for construction: $ 142,415
• City Cost for Design + Administration: $ 175,000
• Possible MRF Grant: $ 115,000 (Award decision expected May/June 2023)
