The City of North College Hill's Mayor's Court processes misdemeanor citations issued by the North College Hill Police and Fire Departments. These citations can be traffic or criminal offenses. The Court works with the Hamilton County Municipal Court when cases are transferred. Mayor's Court does not hear juvenile cases. Cases in which a defendant is under 18 years of age are transferred to the Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
