The Building Department is responsible for reviewing building plans, issuing permits & certificates of occupancy, property inspections, planning and zoning.

CODE ENFORCEMENT & INSPECTIONS

The Code Enforcement & Inspections office is charged with eliminating blight and building safety hazards, and promoting building repair and renovation, through education and enforcement to protect the public health, safety and quality of life. This office is also responsible for enforcing property code compliance.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Permit & Inspection Fees

Fees for building permits, inspections and certificates of occupancy issued by the City of North College Hill are set by Hamilton County Buildings & Inspections Department).

Nuisance Abatement Fees

Fees for nuisance abatement will vary based on the nature of the nuisance, and the cost for time and materials incurred.

Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, personal check, cashier’s check, certified check, travelers check, money order, or credit card - Visa and MasterCard only.
