We proudly announce the return of the North College Hill Memorial Day Parade. The parade will take place on Saturday, May 28th, 2022.
We are looking forward to celebrating our Veterans and Fallen Heroes, and coming together as a community after all that we have been through. We sincerely hope that you and/or your group are able to join us for the return of our Annual Memorial Day Parade!

I/we acknowledge that THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Throwing or tossing candy or items into the crowd of spectators (handing items out at the curb is permitted); Leaving any trash, animal waste or other debris/refuse along the parade route or staging area; Creating large gaps in the parade route by stopping for non-emergency reasons.
I/we acknowledge that all animals must be under the direct physical control of their handlers/riders at all times (ex. dogs must be leashed, horses must be reined, etc.). Animal handlers are responsible for their own waste disposal.
I/we understand that providing automobile, accident, personal injury and personal liability insurance is our responsibility. In lieu of providing an Insurance Coverage Certificate, I/we hereby certify that in the case of an accident, personal injury or death, we will not hold the City of North College Hill, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers responsible for any bodily injury, death or property damage, and hereby release any officer, agent, contractor, trustee employee or volunteer of City of North College Hill's Memorial Day Parade for any claim or claims that might arise as a result of bodily injury, death or property damage or as a result of the applicant's participation in parade.
I/we acknowledge that the activities of this parade (including pre-and post-parade activities) may be dangerous and may involve the risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage. I/we agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of North College Hill, any officer, agent, contractor, trustee, employee or volunteer of City of North College Hill Memorial Day Parade. This Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and jurisdiction shall be proper only in the County of Hamilton in the State of Ohio. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of the provisions hereof shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement.
