Citations can be paid by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, certified check, travelers check, money order, or credit card - Visa and MasterCard only. -
If you have been involved in an auto accident, you should try to have proof of insurance filed with the Police Department within 24 hours. If you are either paying a citation or appearing in court, you should bring proof of insurance to show at that time. If you do not provide valid proof of insurance, your information will be forwarded to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for immediate driver’s license suspension.Clerk of Court

The Mayor's Court Clerk can grant 1 continuance. You must appear at the Police Department in person to sign a continuance form.Clerk of Court
Note: If you live out of state and want a continuance contact the clerk at 513-521-1594 to make arrangements to have the proper document faxed to you. Any additional continuances must be requested in person in the North College Hill Mayor’s Court:

Your 1st court appearance in the North College Hill Mayor’s Court is the arraignment. If you enter a plea of “guilty” or “no contest,” your case can be heard that evening. If you enter a plea of “not guilty,” your case will be continued in order to notify the Police Officer and any witnesses to appear for trial.

“Guilty” simply means you are admitting guilt to the charge.Clerk of Court
“No Contest” means that while you admit some of the facts could lead toward your guilt, you would like a chance to explain the circumstances.
“Not Guilty” means that you feel you were not guilty of the charge and you would like a trial so the Magistrate can hear from all parties involved and make a decision based on the testimony.
