Halloween Trick or Treat in North College Hill will take place on Tuesday, October 31 from 6pm to 8pm. If you WILL be handing out candy, please turn on your porch light, and make sure the path to your front door is clear of tripping hazards. If you will NOT be handing out candy (or if you run out), simply leave your porch light off, and do not answer the door unless you are expecting company.
